To promote the Sony Pictures film, Armored, Complex Media procured the highly-regarded premium footwear company, Supra, and developed a never-been-done-before marketing program centered around the development and release of a Limited Edition Armored - inspired sneaker. Complex Media seeded the Supra Armored Vaider sweepstakes to key influencer sites within Fashion, Sneaker Enthusiast, and Lifestyle verticals generating awareness for the one-of-a-kind promotion as well as the release of Armored. Total editorial impressions delivered was 12.8MM.

TAKEOVER + FEATURED VIDEO

Complex executed a Takeover with fixed ad banners plus custom skin greatly over-delivering with 418,185 (200,000 guaranteed) and 1,540 clicks to the Armored site, showing a CTR of .37% overall. The custom skin delivered a CTR of 1.12%.

The Takeover was complemented with the Armored trailer as the featured video for a 24 hour period also notably over-delivering with 93,625 click-to-play video views (VladTV video view avg. is 2,000)

The Armored custom Takeover ran across Complex Media’s Lifestyle, Entertainment, Gaming, Style, and Music verticals reaching over 7MM + Uniques. The Takeover delivered 27,743 clicks to the Armored site with a CTR of .49% overall. The custom skin delivered a CTR of 2.30% alone.
