Under Rich's leadership beginning in 2002, Complex Magazine has grown from an unrealized concept to being the definitive cross-cultural buyer's guide and lifestyle magazine for young men age 18-34. Rich was also responsible for the expansion of the magazine onto the Internet with the creation of complex.com, the flagship site of the Complex Media Network. Prior to Complex, Rich spent four years at National Geographic Adventure where he rose to become National Sales Director. His first publishing experience came as a regional sales manager for Men's Journal. He began his career at Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide where he handled media planning for Proctor & Gamble, Sauza and Paddington Brands. Rich is a graduate of the School of Management at SUNY's Binghamton University.
Became the Co-CEO of Complex Media in January of 2008. Previously, Golden led Home Decor Products as President and CEO from July 2002 - December 2007. Before joining Home Decor Products, Golden was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Global Sports Interactive (now GSI commerce), the largest outsource provider of E-Commerce Services in the world. Prior to GSI, Golden served as Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development and Managing Director of the New York Office Organic Online, Inc. (now a part of Omnicom) and Founder and President of Organic Media. Golden also Co-founded Iguana Studios Inc. and was Chairman until the eventual sale of the company to Change Technology Partners.
Golden received a Bachelor's of Philosophy degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa. After attending Villanova University School of Law, Michael received a Juris Doctorate and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
Joined Complex in 2002, where he has been responsible for impressive year-over-year ad sales growth and has introduced a wide variety of innovative programs such as multi-tiered advertising initiatives, cross-platform sales, custom premium content ownership sections and 360 touch-point programs combining online, offline and special events. Prior to joining Complex, Moksha was Fashion Manager at The Source Magazine from 1999-2002. He has a BS in PoliSci from Southern Connecticut State University.
Possesses over 17 years of hands-on and technology management experience. Since 1998, Mr. Piazza has been in executive-level technology management positions, serving most recently as CTO and Co-Founder of Builders Square, Inc. As a founding member of Builders Square, Mr. Piazza was repsonible for the entire technology vision and platform along with most of the day-to-day business operations. Leading up to this, Mr. Piazza was Vice President of Technology for ProcureStaff, Ltd. In this capacity, Mr. Piazza was responsible for a group of 75 technology professionals and delivered a mission-critical, web-based, eProcurement system to over 20 Fortune 500 clients. Prior to ProcureStaff, Mr. Piazza was CTO and a founding partner of Iguana Studios, Inc. While at Iguana, Mr. Piazza helped to manage and grow the business, which resulted in the eventual sale of the company in March, 2001.

Jason has been at the forefront of innovation in the digital space his entire career. Having been a founding member of the first global interactive agency (Bates Interactive in NY in 1995) Jason went on to found and run Iguana – a recognized full service digital firm in NY, subsequently acquired in March 2001. Prior to joining the wireless marketing revolution at Communicator, Jason ran the Australian Digital unit of EURO RSCG 4D, the interactive development and branding unit for the worlds largest marketing organization. Jason has comprehensive experience ranging from digital to direct, from traditional advertising to innovative integrated strategies. Known for his enthusiasm in using technology to market services and brands, as well as developing innovative advertising strategic approaches for his clients, Jason is avid about technology, innovation, communication and all things digital. Jason has over a decade of experience developing integrated marketing solutions across many diverse brands and verticals including; Tourism Australia, Northern Territory Tourist Commission, American Express, Discovery, Johnson & Johnson, Intel, Microsoft, Harpers Baazar, Colgate, Sony, Aiwa, Panasonic, MTV, Chase, Dell, Cunard, Ansett, Huggies, Pepsi, and Kleenex to name a few.
