Under Rich's leadership beginning in 2002, Complex Magazine has grown from an unrealized concept to being the definitive cross-cultural buyer's guide and lifestyle magazine for young men age 18-34. Rich was also responsible for the expansion of the magazine onto the Internet with the creation of complex.com, the flagship site of the Complex Media Network. Prior to Complex, Rich spent four years at National Geographic Adventure where he rose to become National Sales Director. His first publishing experience came as a regional sales manager for Men's Journal. He began his career at Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide where he handled media planning for Procter & Gamble, Sauza and Paddington Brands. Rich is a graduate of the School of Management at SUNY's Binghamton University.
Joined Complex in 2002, where he has been responsible for impressive year-over-year ad sales growth and has introduced a wide variety of innovative programs such as multi-tiered advertising initiatives, cross-platform sales, custom premium content ownership sections and 360 touch-point programs combining online, offline and special events. Prior to joining Complex, Moksha was Fashion Manager at The Source Magazine from 1999-2002. He has a BS in PoliSci from Southern Connecticut State University.
Noah Callahan-Bever began working in magazines when he was 17, serving as the senior editorial assistant at NYC's ego trip magazine. By the time he began attending NYU, in 1997, he'd already spent the summer fact checking at VIBE. Through out college Noah maintained the position of contracted Writer-At-Large for VIBE's spin-off, BLAZE. In the years after leaving school Noah tried his hand at a number of related trades, A&Ring for a Sony distributed label and writing numerous programs for MTV and MTV News, however in 2002 he returned to magazines as the Editor-In-Chief of Mass Appeal. Eleven months later he was asked to be the Senior Editor of VIBE, which he did for 2 years before joining the staff of Complex as Deputy Editor in 2005. A year later Noah was promoted to Editor-In-Chief. When not ruling with an iron fist, Noah can be found residing in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn and wishing his building allowed pets. He really likes cats.
