EDGAR HERNANDEZ RETURNS TO COMPLEX MEDIA AS NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

NEW YORK, NY—December 16, 2009—Rich Antoniello, CEO, Complex Media announced today that Edgar Hernandez has been named National Sales Director of Complex Media. The position is effective immediately.

Mr. Hernandez returns to Complex after serving as Publisher of Vibe Media Group for almost two years. He previously worked for Complex as account director from 2005-2006 before leaving to join Dennis Publishing as advertising director, a position that he held before joining Vibe.

In this new position, Mr. Hernandez will handle integrated program sales development while also working with Associate Publisher Moksha Fitzgibbons in managing the company’s sales and marketing staff.

“Edgar is an accomplished advertising sales executive who knows what it takes to build revenue and drive business,” said Mr. Antoniello. “He was a huge asset to the company back in 2005 and we are excited to have him back as we continue to grow our company and level of service.”
