COMPLEX MEDIA SPINS OFF FROM MARC ECKO ENTERPRISES TO PARTNER WITH NEW INVESTORS ACCEL PARTNERS & AUSTIN VENTURES
NEW YORK, NY--December 3, 2009--Rich Antoniello, CEO, Complex Media, Inc. announced today that the company has partnered with Accel Partners and Austin Ventures. This partnership marks Complex Media's independence from Marc Ecko Enterprises, with Marc Ecko continuing as an owner and board member. All business operations will be run by CEO Rich Antoniello and General Manager Brian Kelley.
