NEW YORK, NY — May 12, 2008 — Complex Media CEO Rich Antoniello announced today that the company will launch two new Web sites as part of its growth strategy for the Complex Media Network. ComplexVideo.com and DasGamer.com will join Complex.com as the newest Web sites created and operated by Complex Media staff. In addition, the company has added four additional sites to the network with its latest acquisition of PlanetXbox360.com and new Network partnerships with OnSmash.com, Karmaloop, and Eckotv.com. The Complex Media Network now generates approximately 53 million page views per month.

With this expansion, the Complex Media Network will continue to offer a comprehensive package to marketers targeting young men 18-34, but with greater reach, while further penetrating gaming, music, style, and lifestyle categories.
