COMPLEX MEDIA ADDS NEW DIGITAL DIVISION TO EXPAND COMPLEX MEDIA NETWORK

NEW YORK, NY — April 15, 2008 — In August 2007, Complex Media LLC, the publishing and new media division of Marc Ecko Enterprises entered into a partnership with four blog-oriented Web sites to create the Complex Media Network, a vertical ad network designed to reach the multiple interests of young men. Now the company has created a new digital division to expand the network into new territories. Co-CEO Mike Golden has been brought on board to lead the initiative along with Complex Publisher and Co-CEO Rich Antoniello. Other staff additions include Jason Jercinovic, vice president, content and production; Chris Piazza, chief technology officer and Brendan E. Frederick, deputy content development director. Seth Kelly, who joined Complex Media last year to lead special projects, will serve as content development director.

"Over the past six years, the Complex brand has become a leader in the young men's space, as we have identified a clear and concise way to reach this consumer in a way that other media companies and brands are still trying to discover," said Complex Publisher and Co-CEO Rich Antoniello. "Just as many of our competitors are closing or cutting staff, we are aggressively building upon a growing segment of our business in an effort to develop new relationships with our audience. In turn, we will continue to provide truly organic and innovative ways for marketers to be a part of this conversation as well."

Complex Media Network Co-CEO Mike Golden joined Complex Media from Home Decor Products where he served as President and CEO for five years. Before this, he was co-founder and chief operating officer of Global Sports Interactive (now GSI commerce), the largest outsource provider of e-commerce services in the world. Prior to GSI, Mr. Golden served as executive vice-president of corporate development and managing director of the New York Office of Organic Online, Inc. (now a part of Omnicom) and founder and president of Organic Media.

"I am thrilled to now be a part of Complex Media where we have already made so much progress in extending our unique brand and audience to the digital landscape," said Mr. Golden. "By adding a network of publishers and distributed media platform, Complex Media is delivering great content to our audience and targeted marketing solutions that outperform for our advertisers. "

The Complex Media Network reaches a very niche audience, resulting in a premium ad buy for participating advertisers and a one-stop-shop for consumers. The company offers brands the opportunity to take advantage of online sweepstakes, exclusive banner takeovers, micro sites and video ads in addition to having custom branded content created by Complex Media that lives across the entire network. In addition, the company has the ability to provide brands with direct consumer feedback on new products and ideas via virtual focus groups and custom research.
